He was yelling. \u00a0Actually, he was screaming. \u00a0There is an edge to the voice when someone screams. \u00a0He was double parked next to a van stopped in the pickup area in front of the library entrance. \u00a0It isn’t really a pickup area since there is no widening of lanes to allow an unobstructing stop.<\/p>\n
He was screaming at the van about stopping and blocking traffic. \u00a0He must have sworn because someone commented about the foul language. \u00a0Fifty or so \u00a0people stood around in disbelief witnessing this display.<\/p>\n
He gunned the engine and his rather nice silver car jumped violently forward a couple of feet. \u00a0The car looked and felt very much like a weapon. \u00a0There were mothers and young children around. \u00a0Teens carried books. \u00a0There were many cars around. \u00a0Many in some state of wait. \u00a0Waiting to pass. \u00a0Waiting to park. \u00a0Waiting even to just get out.<\/p>\n
It was crowded. \u00a0It was a bother. \u00a0At 3:30, the edge of school time with the school time crowding. \u00a0I did feel the annoyance.<\/p>\n
On the back end of a horrific day, perhaps the events pushing inward would lead to anger.<\/p>\n
We are all human. \u00a0We are all subject to the pressures from without, mounting on the pressures from within, potentially \u00a0leaving one screaming in some library parking lot.<\/p>\n
The solution for us? \u00a0There is no solution without seeing. \u00a0So the first step is to watch. \u00a0Today you may not be able to stop what might come, but tomorrow you will change nothing unless you first see.<\/p>\n
